SAVANNAH, GA – Effective June 3, 2009, PureSpectrum, Inc. (Pink Sheets: PSPM) has acquired control of International Medical Staffing, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IMSG) by acquiring 3,600,000 shares of IMSG common stock constituting 64.29 percent of the company’s outstanding common stock.

 

Concurrent with the change in control, PSPM president and CEO Lee Vanatta was elected a director for IMSG effective on the 11^th day after the filing of Schedule 14F-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission by IMSG. Effective June 3, Mr. Vanatta was also elected president, secretary and treasurer of International Medical Staffing.
