Lee L. Vanatta | President and CEO | Chairman, Board of Directors
President, CEO and Director since June -2006. Mr. Vanatta was with PureSpectrum Georgia from its inception in February 2006 through June 2006. Formerly, Mr. Vanatta served as President and was a Co-Founder of PanaSteel, LLC from 2003 to 2005. From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Vanatta served as President of TWL–(Trans World Lighting, Inc.). From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Vanatta was Vice President of the Hauser Group in Savannah, Georgia.
William R. Norton | Executive VP | Board member
Vice President, Secretary and Director since June of 2006. Previously, Mr. Norton was an independent consultant, directing companies on corporate organizational matters from 2004 through June-2006. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Norton served as Vice President of TWL, where he supervised the execution of contract agreements and acted as corporate Secretary. From 1997 until to 1999, Mr. Norton worked in the Corporate Acquisitions department of Brown, Gibbons and Lang of Cleveland, Ohio. From 1976 to 1996, Mr. Norton was a member of the Law Department, and from 1990 through 1996 was Vice President and General Counsel, of Reliance Electric Company of Cleveland, Ohio. During the span from 1991 through 1996, Mr. Norton served on Reliance Electric’s Management Committee.
Garth Kullman | VP of Sales | Board member
Vice President of Sales since January 1, 2007. He also was named a Director of PureSpectrum in January-2007. From 2004 through 2006, Mr. Kullman was Director of Sales & Marketing for KISCO Savannah Commons. There he managed all sales and marketing activities for a senior retirement community. From 1997 through 2004, Mr. Kullman served as President of SeaCoast Homes & Villas, a real estate rentals business which he owned and operated. From 1986 through 1997, Mr. Kullman served as Northeast Regional Sales Manager for Intergraph Corporation. He supervised and managed the sales efforts of 23 salespersons and 15 technical-support personnel at Intergraph. Mr. Kullman is also a member of the board of directors of Harvesters International, a non-profit mission organization.
Susan Norton | VP and CFO
Vice President – Finance and Treasurer since September 2008. Prior to joining PureSpectrum she was Director of Accounting at Armstrong Atlantic State University for 5 years. Susan has more than 20 years of braod based accounting experience in multiple industries. During her career, she has demonstrated proficiency in dieverse areas of accounting, payables, receivables, payroll systems, financial statement preparation and the preparations of annual financial reports. She is a certified public accountant.
Greg Mclean | VP of Operations
Vice President of Operations for PureSpectrum Inc, he joined the Company March 1, 2009. In 1969 Mclean began his career with Stockton Bates and Company in their Philadelphia Tax Department. In 1975 he accepted an appointment from President Gerald Ford as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and on graduation from the FBI academy was assigned to the Philadelphia Field Office working on various criminal and political corruption squads. In 1982 he joined Johnson and Johnson Corporation as an International Finance Manager and also performed due diligence reviews on various mergers and acquisitions. In 1984 he joined NYNEX Corporation; now Verizon Corporation and held various executive positions including Director of Financial Planning for New England Telephone, Director of Mergers and Acquisitions of NYNEX Corporate and Chief Financial Officer of United Kingdom Based NYNEX Cablecomms a combined telephone and cable TV Company. On the sale of the Company in 1994 he became Chief Financial Officer of Scottish Telecom a wholly owned subsidiary of Scottish Power PLC. From 2003 through 2009 he was the Parish administrator of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Savannah, Georgia.
Ray King | Director of Engineering
Ray King is a circuit designer with more than 30 years of experience in electrical engineering. By being part of teams that developed breakthroughs in power conversion and transistor technology, he has developed a reputation for fine tuning major discoveries. For more than 20 years, he represented a major manufacturer in the semiconductor industry as a technical expert for a power electronics product line. He has improved power conversion capabilities for electronic devices from virtually every sector, including circuitry that powered stereo systems for General Motors, pieces of Magnetic Resonance Imaging machines and motors to drive wheelchairs up stairs and, of course, bipolar transistors that supply power for lighting products.
David Michael Conner | Board member
Mike Conner is a partner in the Savannah, Ga., law firm of Bouhan, Williams & Levy LLP and was appointed special counsel for PureSpectrum’s board of directors in 2007 and invited to be a member of the company’s board of directors in 2008. During a decorated legal career as a corporate litigator, Mike has represented clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to individuals and developed a reputation for excellence while advising a diverse group of clients regarding complex commerical transactions, corporate organization and formation and the proper corporate strategy. Mike’s broad background and depth of experience provides him with the knowledge platform to help PureSpectrum’s board of directors govern the company’s resources and make informed, intelligent decisions on behalf of the company and its shareholders. His professional accolades inlcude being appointed a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and being named a Georgia Rising Star twice by Super Lawyers.
